Summary: Shower bar broken, town rack broken, no lock on bathroom door...broken. Told front desk within the first 30 minutes there......Never fixed the 4 days we were there.

Summary: This was a really great hotel. I would hav given it a 5 but the hot tub in the room didn’t work and that was why we selected that room. I would stay there again

Summary: TV didn't work. hotel phone didnt work to call about TV. Weird smell from bathroom fan. no breakfast or lounge area meant small lobby was always crowded with people. Good news.. bed and pillows were comfy

Summary: Hotel was old and smelled like cigarette smoke. Tried getting an invoice from the hotel, they will not provide because I booked online. Still no response from Hotels.com. As a business traveler, I would not use Hotels.com again. I have not used them in the past and will not use them in the future.

Summary: Unit 302 Needs blackout blinds that block the grocery store lights at night. Our room was lit up even though i had them as closed as possible. Just another typical run down motel experience. The place is falling apart and they still get customers, profits must be amazing

Summary: Busted tv's in both rooms they moved me to. Overflowing trash in every trash can. Carpets totaly stained and havent been vaccumed in god knows when. Has a breakfast area and kitchen but does not offer anything.
